1Introduction to the Agreement

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") form a legally binding agreement between the 9wkt platform and its user ("you" or "Member"). 9wkt is an online betting and casino platform serving the Bangladesh market. By accessing the platform, creating an account, or using any service, you are considered to have fully agreed to these Terms.

9wkt uses SSL encryption as a safe and reliable platform and is committed to ensuring fair play. We believe transparency is the foundation of a healthy relationship, which is why these Terms are written in clear, plain language.

2Eligibility & Age Requirement

To use 9wkt's services, you must meet the following conditions:

• You must be at least 21 (twenty-one) years of age. This platform is for adults aged 21+ only.
• You reside in a jurisdiction where you are legally able to participate in online betting and gaming activities.
• You have a valid bank account or mobile banking account in your own name.
• You are not acting on this platform as a professional player or on behalf of a third party.
• You have never been banned from 9wkt and are not currently banned.

3Account Registration

When opening an account with 9wkt, you must provide accurate and complete information. Opening an account with false or misleading information is strictly prohibited and may result in the account being suspended or closed.

• Each individual may open only one account. Holding multiple accounts or opening an account under another person's identity is strictly prohibited.
• It is the Member's responsibility to keep their account password and login details secure. Any unauthorized access must be reported to us immediately.
• Sharing, selling, or transferring an account to a third party is prohibited.
• 9wkt may request necessary documents at any time for identity verification purposes.

4Account Verification (KYC)

Under security and financial regulations, 9wkt conducts Know Your Customer (KYC) verification for Members when required. This process may involve requesting a copy of a national ID card or passport and proof of address.

Withdrawals may be held until verification is complete. Failure to cooperate with verification may result in the account being temporarily or permanently closed.

5Deposit Rules

9wkt supports popular payment methods in Bangladesh: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and bank transfer (including Dutch-Bangla, BRAC, Islami Bank, and other major Bangladeshi banks).

• Minimum deposit amount: ৳200 (applicable for all methods).
• Deposited funds must be sent only from an account in your own name. Deposits through third parties are not accepted.
• If a transaction is made with incorrect information, a refund is not guaranteed and delays may occur.
• 9wkt charges no deposit fees; however, the payment provider's own charges may apply.

6Withdrawal Rules

Members may withdraw via bKash, Nagad, Rocket, or bank transfer. Withdrawal processing time is generally completed within 15 minutes to 2 hours.

• Minimum withdrawal amount: ৳800.
• Withdrawal requests will only be approved to the same payment method used for the deposit, unless otherwise specified.
• Bonus funds must meet the specified wagering requirements before they can be withdrawn (see the Bonus section below for details).
• Withdrawals may be held if account verification has not been completed.
• 9wkt reserves the right to reject withdrawals in cases of harmful or suspicious activity.

7Welcome Bonus

9wkt offers new members a 100% bonus on their first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳15,000. For example: depositing ৳1,000 gives you a ৳1,000 bonus — total balance becomes ৳2,000. Or depositing ৳32,000 gives the maximum ৳15,000 bonus — total ৳47,000.

The wagering requirement for this bonus is 25x, applied to the bonus amount only. Example: ৳1,000 bonus × 25 = ৳25,000 must be wagered before withdrawing winnings from the bonus.

• The bonus is given only once per account.
• Bets placed with bonus funds on certain games do not count toward wagering requirements — contact support for details.
• The bonus acceptance option must be activated before claiming a bonus.
• 9wkt reserves the right to modify or cancel any promotion.

8VIP Program & Cashback

9wkt's VIP program has 5 tiers, each with weekly cashback:

• Bronze — up to 0.3% weekly cashback
• Silver — up to 0.6% weekly cashback
• Gold — up to 0.9% weekly cashback
• Platinum — up to 1.2% weekly cashback
• Diamond — up to 1.5% weekly cashback

You can move up to higher tiers through regular play. The detailed terms of VIP benefits are subject to change, and 9wkt may modify VIP tiers or benefits at any time.

9Bonus Abuse

Any attempt to abuse bonuses — such as group or coordinated betting, using multiple accounts, or attempting to claim bonuses at low risk by exploiting betting patterns — may result in the relevant bonus being cancelled and the account being closed if detected by 9wkt.

10General Betting Rules

9wkt offers betting on cricket, football, kabaddi, and other sports, as well as online casino services. All bets are settled based on the latest confirmed results.

• A confirmed bet cannot be cancelled unless a technical error occurs.
• If a match or event is abandoned, 9wkt will settle bets in accordance with recognized international rules.
• 9wkt is not responsible for any bet being voided due to network or device delays in live betting.
• 9wkt reserves the right to void bets accepted at an obviously incorrect price (Palpable Error).

11Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the 9wkt platform:

• Participating in or assisting with any form of match fixing or result manipulation.
• Automated betting through software bots, scripts, or artificial intelligence.
• Using the platform for money laundering or any other illegal financial activity.
• Harassing other members or engaging in fraudulent behavior.
• Intentionally attempting to exploit system vulnerabilities or bugs.

12Responsible Gaming Policy

9wkt places the highest importance on responsible gaming. We believe that sports and gaming should be for entertainment, not to create financial stress. Members can contact our support team to set deposit limits, session limits, or self-exclusion.

• Bets or game sessions lost due to internet disconnection.
• Any loss caused by the user's device or software issues.
• Delays or errors by third-party payment providers.
• Unauthorized access if the Member fails to keep their login details secure.

15Account Closure Policy

9wkt may suspend or permanently close any account without prior notice in the following circumstances:

• Violation of any clause of these Terms.
• Suspicion of fraud, money laundering, or any other illegal activity.
• If operating multiple accounts or bonus abuse is proven.
• Failure to cooperate with identity verification.

Members may also request to close their account at any time through support. Any valid funds remaining in the balance at the time of closure will be returned after verification.

16Changes to Terms

9wkt reserves the right to change, revise, or update these Terms at any time. A notice will be posted on the site for significant changes. Continuing to use the platform after changes have been made will indicate that you have accepted the new Terms.
